The CATHRO PLAYERFILE

PLAYERFILE contains all club details, training arrangements, training schedules, with full Training Diary, Matchday Analysis and Football Homework tasks as well as Skills Challenges and Basic GameShape learning resources

The PLAYERFILE can be customised to suit the specific needs of your club / academy squads including club branding/colours.

Club Coaching Development Days

A team of CATHRO coaches will visit your club to deliver a Coaching Development session; this will consist of CATHRO training session for your squad of players followed by two short sessions with your club’s coaching staff; focusing on:

Planning the Structure & Content for your training session – Outlining Objectives
The Priorities of Player Development – What stage are your players at? What should we focus on?

The Coaching Process – Guiding & prompting for permanent learning.

MASTER THE BALL – Developing technical fluency, confidence, composure, creativity and IMAGINATION!

BOX TRAINING – For when space is an issue; Full training sessions within a 16 x 16 box.

FOOTBALL EYES – Developing the habit of picture-taking, enhancing awareness & anticipation of the play.
