CATHRO ELITE PLAYER MANAGEMENT is a highly detailed and specific individual coaching & management programme for the ‘Potential Star’.

The ‘Potential Star’ category is for players who we believe display the technical potential & learning capacity to gain a full-time contract on leaving school. The programme has been developed to provide these players with a highly detailed development plan to maximise the players’ potential to achieve success on this route into the professional game.

There are three key components to the programme:
